About Us

Flourish Healthcare and Support was founded by a group of people with a wealth of experience in various sectors, including health and social care, retail, construction, and sport. United by a vision to improve health and social care for those with learning disabilities, we decided to start our own company to make a real difference.

Our goal is to provide high-quality, personalised care that goes above and beyond what's currently available. We've focused on using the best practices in design, technology, and operations to achieve this, and our diverse backgrounds have given us a unique perspective, allowing us to create environments and person-centred support for people with complex needs.
